At The Doughy Duck Bakery, we believe that quality ingredients make all the difference. Our delicious breads and treats are made with pure ingredients, from scratch in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. As our name indicates, duck eggs are used in all of our egg containing recipes. We do not use nuts, soy in any of our regular products. Custom orders may contain these items if a substitute is required (i.e. soy milk or peanut butter flavored item).
We only use Avacado, coconut or olive oils.
For dairy free options requiring milk we use Oat milk as a substitute.
Honey is a common substitute for sugar, allulose or other sugars can be requested for custom orders.
I have been working on perfecting custom, hand created recipes over the past 9 years to make gluten free eating not feel like a punishment. I custom mix a blend of rice flours for various recipes to get the required texture of soft, flavorful items.
